An identity system grounded in squaring the circle, balancing structure and abstraction. It serves as a framework that bridges measured reality with ideal states.

At its core, 130.94 is a constant quantifying deviation that defines spatial logic, typography, and digital composition. Precision anchors the system, guided by two principles: structured data-driven decision-making and an evolving narrative shaped by the founder’s perspective. This dynamic logic continuously recalibrates within defined yet adaptable parameters.

The objective was to create an iconic Nike Headquarters in the worlds greatest city; a destination for, and a demonstration of, the pinnacle expression of the brand. Leading design strategy and creative direction for the Nike NYC HQ my focus was rooted in the essence of NYC and Nike, both constantly reinventing itself, both a perpetual contradiction, always an unrelenting drive to exceed expectations and constantly inspire.
A six story canvas where each floor is expressed in artistic interpretations and soulful storytelling paying homage to legendary athletes, celebrated moments, sport landmarks and iconic product all synonymous with NY. Highlights: we put a basketball court on the second floor, a cargo truck/food truck embellished in honor of Af1. We tired to bring in a Doug fir tree, but it was not possible so instead we created a bark wall with a hand carved tree, dynamos with Nike’s heritage. My personal favorite I a giant swoosh garden on the roof (which had to be approved by the Mayor of NY and the NYPD). I had the privilege to work with many incredible artists and producers: Gary Horton, Wsdia, Julien Cahn, Jeni Reetz, Satoru Igarashi, Dark Igloo, Carolina Moscoso, Braulio Amado, Alisa Keegan, Micah NYC, Faust, Kam Tang, More and More Ltd and Bureau Borsche. Office photography by Floto+Warner.
